Showers & T-storms Around For Part Of The Weekend

It’s still officially summer and there’s lots more heat and humidity to deal with around here.   We’re expecting 90 plus degree heat through the weekend and all of next week.  Rain chances will remain higher for Saturday but Sunday into early next week will be trending drier.

In the meantime,  scattered showers and t-storms are likely for your Saturday.  It won’t rain all day but there will be times when rain impacts your out door plans.    Temps will manage the upper 80s to lower 90s for highs Saturday.  Rain chances will decrease and we’re expecting more sunshine for Sunday. As a result, temps will respond and heat up into the mid 90s again.

High pressure will build back into the area early next week.  Mainly sunny and drier conditions will return.  Temps will continue to manage the lower to mid 90s for highs. Heat indices will hover around the triple digit mark at times.
