Montgomery police investigating two fatal wrecks
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police are investigating two wrecks that involved fatalities.
Police say at about 8AM yesterday, they were called to a pickup truck crash near Northern Boulevard and Wetumpka Highway. They found the driver, 28-year-old Adelso Jeovany Vasquez Ramirez, who suffered fatal injuries.
Police are also investigating a crash from earlier this month, in which the driver has now died of his injuries.
Police say at around 11AM on Monday, September 21, they responded to a two-vehicle wreck near Taylor Road and Eastwood Glen Drive. They say the driver of an SUV, 84-year-old Julius Kenneth Love, was injured. He was taken to a hospital where he died on Friday, September 25.
