Prattville man dies of injuries suffered in Montgomery wreck

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police say a Prattville man who was injured in a wreck earlier this month has died of his injuries.

Police say 75-year-old Ellis Gardner died last night.

He was one of two people injured in a two-vehicle crash in the 3800 block of Birmingham Highway at around 6:30PM on Friday, October 9.

The other person who was hurt had injuries that weren’t life-threatening, police say.

Police say the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation, and no additional information is available.
