Wallace Community College Selma set to host Career Quest 2026

From the West Alabama Newsroom–

Wallace Community College Selma is hosting a unique career exploration experience for area high school students this week.

Career Quest 2026 will feature interactive exhibits — live demonstrations — and hands on activities.

Officials say the event will allow students to see — understand — and experience a wide range of career possibilities.

“Any fields that are out there in the workforce, they get an opportunity to touch that, to be able to talk to people in the field,” said WCCS President Dr. Donitha Griffith.

“You know, there’s an old saying, How can I aspire to that which I have not been exposed to. And so we feel like this event is gonna expose students to so many different careers.”

Career Quest is Friday on the Wallace Community College Selma campus.

The event kicks off at 9 am and wraps up at 12 noon.
