Montgomery Holds Ticket Amnesty Day Next Month
The city is holding its annual amnesty program next month. Amnesties will only be available to people with traffic violations, not misdemeanors or felonies. For those who did not show up to court, the benefit of this program is your warrant can be removed if you pay your fine. You can also re-schedule your court date. Amnesty Day will take place 9 A.M.. and noon: – March 9 – 13 – March 16 – 20 Amnesty Day will take place in the downtown municipal court on North Ripley Street. Anyone with more than traffic violations will be arrested unless they have enough money to bring them at or below the total.
