Montgomery Police Officer Charged with Enticing 15-Year Old Girl
The Montgomery Police Department has initiated disciplinary actions against a 22-year-old police officer after charging him with enticing a 15-year-old female. MPD charged Stevie Rodgers with one count of enticing a child to enter a house for immoral purposes, (§13A-6-69, Code of Alabama) a Class C felony. Officers placed him in the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he was being held under a $5,000 bond.
MPD initiated the investigation early morning Oct. 25 after receiving a complaint involving an on-duty police officer.
