I-85 Traffic Backed Up After Pedestrian Hit

“Two lanes on 85-Northbound at Ann Street are closed due to a crash involving a pedestrian. The adult male pedestrian sustained life threatening injuries and has been transported to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the vehicle was not injured. Motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route.”
