First Habitat for Humanity “Youth Build” in Montgomery
Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery builds homes for families all across our area, and now young volunteers are joining in to help.The organization began its “youth build” this morning.
This is the first time young volunteers will be leading renovations on a house. It will soon be home to Francine Harris and her two children.
The house was donated by the previous owner who grew up in that house. Volunteers say it’s worth the time it takes to help another family.
