Museums Team Up to Honor Montgomery Native
Two Montgomery museums teamed up to host an event honoring Montgomery native Zelda Sayre, the wife of author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts and the Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald Musuem came together to host a “Tea and Talk”. The event showcased Sayer’s life, highlighting how she went on to become one of the most successful artists of the 1900’s. Following the event was the official opening of an exhibit featuring some of Sayre’s most famous work. The exhibits runs until August 23rd.
