Montgomery Police Make Third Arrest in Smiley Court Shooting

The Montgomery Police Department has announced a third arrest in the deadly shooting that happened in the 3800 block of East Smiley Court on May 24.
18-year old Rodriquez Smith was killed. Three other people suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting. 23-year old Adrian Banks is now charged with one count of reckless murder in the case.
Banks is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $150, 000 bond.
MPD had previously charged Olando Harris and Jezereel Petty, both 23, with reckless murder in connection with Smith’s death.
