Body Found Along Alabama River: No Confirmation on Whether it’s Missing Prattville Teen

Investigators say they found a body along the Alabama River Wednesday evening during their search for a Prattville teenager last seen Monday. However, there has been no confirmation on whether it is 19-year-old Kelsy Lynn McGraw. Authorities found the body near Powder Magazine Park. McGraw’s parents reported her missing Tuesday. Police say her parents last saw her at around 10 p.m. Monday, when she left for a friend’s house in Prattville. Investigators say she never arrived. At around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, McGraw’s 2005 Chevrolet Malibu was spotted just off Interstate 65 near the Alabama River bridge in Montgomery. Prattville police, Montgomery police, Montgomery Fire and Rescue and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency are now searching for her, including in the waters of the river.
