Body Found in Alabama River

Authorities say a body has been found in the same waters that crews have been looking for a missing Prattville woman in. Around 8 o’clock Wednesday night, a body was found in the Alabama River. Authorities are not confirming whether the body is that of 19 year old Kelsey Lynn McGraw, who’s been missing since Monday night. Authorities found the body near Powder Magazine Park. McGraw was last seen Monday by her parents around 10pm. She was headed to a friends house but never made it. On Tuesday, her 2005 Chevrolet Malibu was found on interstate 65 above the Alabama river. Crews spent Wednesday searching the river for her. A gentleman out fishing discovered a female body and contacted authorities immediately after.
