Christian Group Holding Prayer Marathon at Capitol Building
For the next 24 hours, prayers can be heard at the steps of the capitol building. Operation Save America, a Christian group based out of Texas, is coordinating the prayer marathon. Their message is centered around preaching against abortion.Â
The group also wants to show support for Chief Justice Roy Moore, who spoke at their rally at the Fresh Anointing Church Saturday night. Moore spoke out against abortion and same-sex marriage in front of a crown of about 200 people.
Operation Save America will be in Montgomery until July 18th.
