Montgomery Police Make Fourth Arrest in Homicide Case
The Montgomery Police Department has announced that it has made a fourth arrest in the May 24 shooting death of 18-year-old Rodriquez Smith. Police have charged 16-year-old Ladarren Seawright of Montgomery with reckless murder.

Seawright is being held on a $75,000 bond. Police have already charged Olando Harris, Jezereel Petty and Adrian Banks with reckless murder. Police and fire medics had found Smith in the 3800 block of East Smiley Court at about 7 p.m. on May 24 after getting a report of shots fired. Smith was pronounced dead at a hospital Police say three other gunshot victims were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
