Montgomery Police Officer, Wife Charged with Domestic Violence
The Montgomery Police Department says one of its officers and his wife have been charged with domestic violence.Â
Police say they have charged 23-year-old Dan Barrett and 30-year-old Trudy Barrett with one count each of domestic violence in the third degree, which is a misdemeanor charge. Police say both were taken to the Montgomery City Jail.
The police department says it has started the termination process involving Dan Barrett, who joined the police force last year. Â No other information is available.
