Woman Shot in Montgomery

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left a woman injured.

Police say they were called to the 3000 block of Dillworth Road at around 7:35 this morning. That is off U.S. Highway 80, not far from the Montgomery Regional Airport.

Police found the woman, who was taken to a hospital for treatment. Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Police have released no other information.
