Montgomery City Council District 3 Too Close to Call
At the end of a historic night in Montgomery, the District 3 City Council race was too close to call.
Less than 10 votes separated incumbent Tracy Larkin and Marche Johnson.
The election will now turn to provisional votes before a winner can be determined.
Provisional votes will be counted and a winner announced one week from Tuesday on October 15th.
