UPDATE: Dallas County manhunt ends with suspect’s arrest
UPDATE: At about midnight, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation Tactical Team along with the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Jerico D. Parker, 40, of Jones.
Jones was taken to the Perry County Correctional Facility and is currently being held without a bond. Parker was charged with Domestic Violence in the First Degree, Aggravated Stalking, Stalking in the First Degree, Felony Attempting to Elude, and Interference with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call.

A manhunt is underway in Dallas County.
The search is in the area of County Road 264 in the Jones community.
The U.S. Marshals Service has posted a $10,000 reward for any information leading to the apprehension and arrest of the suspect involved in the manhunt.
The suspect has been identified as Jerico Parker, 40, of Jones. He is approximately 6’ 2” in height, weight 200 pounds, and is believed to be wearing a green shirt. He is believed to be in the area or near the 200 Block of Dallas County 264.

Parker is believed to be armed and extremely dangerous so do not approach or attempt to contact Parker.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s State Bureau of Investigation Tactical Team, Aviation Unit and Highway Patrol Division, along with the Alabama Department of Corrections’ K-9 Tracking Team, are all assisting the United States Marshals Service with the manhunt.
