Occasional Showers Through Midweek

It continues to look and feel a lot like spring and it just so happens spring officially begins Thursday. High and low temperatures remain well above the average for this time of the year. Morning temps start out in the lower 60s and then upper 70s to mid 80s are likely each afternoon. Occasional showers are possible along with a storm or two through Wednesday. I’m thinking most areas stay dry and temps soar into the mid to upper 80s Thursday. A stronger frontal boundary makes a run at us late week. This boundary will increase the chance for rain and storms Friday into Saturday. At this point, we don’t see anything too strong with the system. A brief surge of cooler air moves in behind the boundary Saturday night. The chance of showers lingers and temps drop into the mid to upper 60s for highs Sunday afternoon. That late March sunshine will get temps back into the 70s that following week.
