Dallas County man killed in Perry County crash

A Dallas County man has been killed in a two-vehicle crash in Perry County.

Alabama State Troopers say 69-year-old John Sullivan of Marion Junction was killed when the pickup truck he was driving hit the trailer of a tractor-trailer truck driven by 65-year-old William Deyampert of Marion. Investigators say Sullivan was not using a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The wreck happened at about 5:10PM Monday on Perry County 12 near Tolbert Warren Road, about six miles east of Uniontown.
