Man shot on Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery

A man was shot on Eastern Boulevard Tuesday morning.

Police told Action 8 News the shooting happened at about 6:27AM in the 2400 block of Eastern Boulevard, which is not far from The Home Depot store and the U.S. Post Office.

Police say the man suffered what is believed to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police have released no other information.
