ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police make murder arrest

Montgomery police say they’ve charged a man in a fatal shooting.

Police say they’ve charged 19-year-old Ny’Thavian Sinquefield of Montgomery with felony murder.  Police say he is an additional suspect charged with killing 21-year-old Larry Wright, Jr. of Montgomery.

As Action 8 News has reported, 23-year-old Jaden Waters and 19-year-old Myeesha Townsend, both of Montgomery, are charged with capital murder in the case. 

Wright was found shot to death near The Juicy Crab on Eastchase Parkway at around 3PM on January 4. 

Sinquefield is being held without bond.

Police have released no other information.
