Montgomery boy recovering after accidentally shooting himself
A Montgomery juvenile is recovering after police say he accidently shot himself late Saturday afternoon. It happened at 4:50pm in the 6400 block of Atlanta Highway. MPD and Fire Medics found a boy who is under the age of 18 with a non life threatening gunshot wound. Police tell us the boy did not mean to shoot himself. He was taken to a local hospital to be treated, and no further information is available.
