Dry For Now But There’s Rain Ahead
We’re into a rather quiet weather pattern through the remainder of the work week. This will allow us to dry and gradually warm up. We’re expecting lots of sunshine and temps should climb nicely into the lower 70s by Friday. The warmer temps continue into the weekend but our sky will cloud up as rain returns and sticks around for a few days.
In the meantime, our sky will remain clear and temps drop overnight. We’re down into the mid to upper 30s for lows. It will be a chilly start to Wednesday but afternoon temps should be rather mild in the mid 60s. High pressure will be the main weather feature over the region through most of the week. This will help keep our sky mainly rainfree and temps in the 60s for highs and lows in the 30s. A rather uneventful weather pattern that will last through Friday.
Looks like another wet weekend is setting up for our area. The ridge of high pressure moves east and that allows a frontal boundary to advance eastward into the region. Temps will begin warming and we’re expecting 70s for highs Friday and Saturday. Along with the warm up will come increasing moisture. Rain and storms return Friday night into Saturday and we’re in a rainy weather pattern through Monday. This event looks to be rain with embedded t-storms at times. Some of the storms could be strong with heavy rain and gusty winds.
