ACTION 8 UPDATE: Police identify pedestrian struck, killed in Montgomery hit and run

ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have now identified the female pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run.

Police say the victim was 50-year-old Victoria Harris of Montgomery.

Montgomery police say at about 10:09PM Tuesday, they were called to the 1300 block of the East South Boulevard service road. That location is between the intersections of Norman Bridge Road and Narrow Lane Road.

That’s where they found Harris, who was declared dead on the scene.

Police say the driver left the scene before their arrival.

They have released no other details.
