Montgomery police have charged a second suspect in the shooting death of a Montgomery man late last year.

19-year-old Savion German has been charged with Capital Murder in the shooting death of 21-year-old Tanario Abner.

German was taken into custody on April 12 by the United States Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force.

In February, Montgomery police also arrested a 16-year-old male in this case.

The fatal shooting happened around 10:39PM on November 21 in the 3400 block of Fountain Circle.

Once officers and fire medics arrived, they found Abner dead from a gunshot wound.

Both suspects are in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on no bond.
