Cool overnight temperatures, abundant sunshine to begin this week
Sunday began on a gloomy note with an overcast sky and rain during the morning. Temperatures were much cooler, with morning lows in the low to mid 50s. Even with sunshine during the afternoon, high temperatures were only in the mid and upper 60s. That was more than 10° below the average April 21st high temperature. Sunday night looks clear and quite cool with lows in the low to mid 40s.
Sunshine remains abundant early this week. High temperatures remain below average Monday, in the upper 60s to low 70s. Tuesday looks warmer, with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Wednesday through Friday look partly cloudy and warm, with highs in low to mid 80s. Even next weekend looks mainly dry at this time. Temperatures remain warm too, with morning lows in the low 60s and highs in the mid to upper 80s Saturday and Sunday.
