Warmer with daytime showers, storms and some sunshine Sunday
June started wet across central and south Alabama. Rain and some storms were widespread Saturday morning. However, the afternoon was drier with lingering clouds. Clouds and rain kept temperatures cooler throughout the day. High temperatures were shy of 80° in many locations. Isolated showers or storms remain possible Saturday night. Otherwise, the sky remains mostly cloudy with lows in the upper 60s.
Rain remains possible Sunday. However, it comes in the form of isolated to widely scattered daytime showers and storms.
