3 dead in Tuesday night shooting in Montgomery

Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left 3 people dead.

Maj. Saba Coleman tells Action 8 News that the shooting happened just before 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 4100 block of Troy Hwy.

Once officers and fire medics arrived, they found two adult males with fatal gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced dead on the scene.

Another adult male victim was taken to a local hospital for a life-threatening gunshot wound. That victim later died from his injuries. 

No word on any suspects at this time. Anyone with information on this homicide is asked to contact MPD or Central Alabama CrimeStoppers at 215-STOP.
