ACTION 8 UPDATE: Man arrested in Eastern Boulevard homicide
ACTION 8 UPDATE: A man has been arrested after a homicide on Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery.
Police say 17-year-old Yesman Bardales-Antunez of Montgomery is charged with capital murder.
As Action 8 News has reported, On Sunday, June 9, at about 2:30AM, police and fire medics were called to the 2100 block of Eastern Boulevard in reference to shots fired. 22-year-old Noel Avido Lopez of Montgomery was found with a fatal gunshot wound.
The location is between Lowe’s and The Home Depot.
Police say Bardales-Antunez was taken into custody today by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and brought to Montgomery. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond.
