Pike Road Schools Central Office will soon have a new home.

Officials with the school system confirm to Action 8 News that its new and permanent home will be located at the old Buckmasters’ building on US-80.

The move comes after the school system has been leasing a space inside Saint James Church since June 2021 after having to move out of the current high school campus due to growth.

The new location is currently not in the town limits, but officials say it will be annexed.

Buckmasters announced two weeks ago that it will be relocating its operation to The Sterling Centre on Carmichael Road in Montgomery.

Officials say the plan is to move into the new location by no later than December of this year.
