Woman dies after being stabbed in Montgomery
Montgomery police have launched a death investigation after a fatal stabbing.
Police say 21-year-old Tiana Dye of Montgomery was found stabbed at about 10:43 this morning in the 400 block of Clanton Avenue. That location is just off South Hull Street, not far from the Church of the Ascension and Trinity Presbyterian Church.
Police say Dye was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

This is the second stabbing in the city in the past 24 hours. A man was stabbed Saturday night on Goodwyn Drive.
