Montgomery man charged with capital murder, attempted murder
A Montgomery man faces charges of capital murder and attempted murder after a fatal shooting.
Police have charged 21-year-old Nathaniel Irving with killing 44-year-old Samuel Brown of Montgomery.
The shooting happened in the 2400 block of Locust Street on Saturday. Police say another male suffered a life-threatening gunshot wound in the shooting.
Brown is being held without bond.
Police have released no other information.
