City of Montgomery preparing to help Hurricane Milton evacuees

The City of Montgomery is making preparations to help Hurricane Milton evacuees from Florida.

The city and the Montgomery City-County Emergency Management Agency are making plans now. Mayor Steven Reed has set aside two sites that will be available if needed. Details about those sites will be released if they are activated.

City leaders say they are in contact with the American Red Cross and will provide updates as needed.
