Troy Woman Pleads Guilty to Manslaughter

A Troy woman charged with murder has reached a plea-bargain with prosecutors.

Tiffany Upsahw agreed to plead guilty to manslaughter.

She was arrested in July when her boyfriend, 29-year-old Melvin Scott, was found dead.

Upshaw will be held in the Pike County Jail without bond until she is sentenced later this month.
