ACTION 8 UPDATE: Missing Alexander City woman, her two children found safe

ACTION 8 UPDATE: Alexander City police say a missing woman and her two children were found safe this morning (Wednesday, November 27.)  A Montgomery police officer performed a welfare check at a home at around 10AM and found the three of them. Alexander City police say the case is closed.

Alexander City police need your help finding a missing woman and her two children.

Police Sgt. Drew Machen said 36-year-old Megan Carlisle and her two children, all of Alexander City, have had no contact with their family since around Halloween. The children have not been at school.

Machen said police have received some information about their whereabouts but have still not been able to find them.
