Two Dead in Weekend House Fire in Georgiana
A Georgiana woman is mourning the deaths of her husband and daughter following a fire that destroyed their home Sunday December 1st.
Neighbors say the blaze started around 3 a.m. and initially all three occupants of the home escaped safely until the family realized that their pets were left inside.
Authorities say the deaths are an unfortunate incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
