Pike Road School Superintendent discusses state of the school system
Pike Road School Superintendent Dr. Keith Lankford is discussing the state of the school system.
Pike Road Schools received an “A” on its report card for the third straight year.
Last night, Lankford delivered an address about the next steps and areas which need to be priorities.
“I think everybody wants to look at how we can improve math,” Lankford said. “Our math data across the state is something that we have to have a concentrated effort in and be able to go through required professional development and again, just try to increase those test scores from kindergarten all the way up to 12th grade. So math is going to be a point of emphasis for us this coming year.”
Pike Road Schools is celebrating its tenth year as a school system.
