Dutch Bros Coffee to open new location in Auburn

A new drive-thru coffee shop is coming to Auburn.

Officials say Dutch Bros Coffee will soon open a location at 1105 South College Street. It is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.

Dutch Bros was founded in 1992 with two brothers purchased a double-head espresso machine and started experimenting with 100 pounds of coffee beans.

Officials say customers can expect a typical visit to feature upbeat music, energetic “bro-istas” and speed, quality and service.

Dutch Bros says it offers specialty coffee, smoothies, freezes, teas, and much more.

This will be the sixth location in Alabama. Dutch Bros opened up its newest location in Prattville in December 2024. The other locations are in the Huntsville-area.
