Volunteers come together for Habitat for Humanity Build Day in Montgomery

Volunteers in Montgomery picked up paint brushes and other tools to help with Habitat for Humanity’s Build Day on Saturday. This week’s build day was led by the U.S. Air Force Squadron Officer School Class of Montgomery.

It is an effort to not only work on the construction of brand new homes for people in the community, but also to serve as a way to bring community members and officials together in a collaborative space.

Volunteers were able to complete two different homes, and there is also a third property being built for a deserving family in the community.
