Feeling Spring-Like For A Few Days
It’s looking rather quiet weatherwise for us over the next few days. A mainly sunny sky will lead to a warming trend and we expect 70s as early as Tuesday afternoon. There will be a front moving into the area late week. The frontal system will bring our next opportunity for rain to the region.
In the meantime, a mainly clear sky with temps in the lower 40s overnight. Some clouds will greet us early Tuesday but abundant sunshine is on tap for the midday and afternoon hours. Temps will respond and climb out of the lower 40s and eventually lower 70s during the afternoon.  It’s a warming trend that will stick around into Wednesday. We could reach mid to upper 70s by Wednesday afternoon. We head into Thursday with a frontal boundary approaching. Rain along with a few storms are possible with the frontal passage. At this point, we don’t expect anything too strong or severe with this frontal system. We’re on the backside of the boundary Friday. Temps will cool slightly with lows down into the lower 40s late week.
We’re heading into the first weekend of March and this will be the beginning of meteorological spring. It runs from March through May. High pressure will build over the area and we’re looking at mainly sunny and dry conditions. Morning temps start out chilly with lower 40s but afternoon highs will hover in the lower 70s.
