Man arrested in three separate incidents, including murder
A man is in custody connected to three separate incidents in Montgomery, including murder.
28-year-old Eric Wendell Scott, Junior is charged with three shooting related incidents in the past two days.
The first happened Wednesday at 12:16 a.m. in the 100 block of Victor Tulane Circle.
Once officers arrived, they found an adult female victim with a life-threatening gunshot wound. The unidentified woman was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The second incident happened 11 hours later in the 2200 block of E. 3rd Street.
Officers located 31-year-old Michael Ligon with a fatal gunshot wound. Ligon was pronounced dead on the scene.
The third incident happened around 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3600 block of Gas Light Curve.
Officers made contact with a juvenile male victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Scott is charged with Capital Murder, First Degree Robbery, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle and two counts of Attempted Murder.
Scott is currently in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
