Two people injured in Montgomery school bus accident
Montgomery police say two people were injured in an accident involving a Montgomery Public Schools bus.
The two-vehicle accident happened around 4:00 p.m. Friday on Selma Highway near the Montgomery Regional Airport.
Sgt. Tina McGriff tells Action 8 News that the drivers of both vehicles were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
MPS officials say 22 students were on board the school bus when the accident occurred. Thankfully, no students were injured.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
