Daviston Woman Dies in Car Crash
A single-vehicle crash claimed the life of a Daviston woman this weekend.
51-year-old Linda Faye Parrish died Sunday from injuries she sustained when the 1995 Pontiac Sunfire she was driving left the road and hit a tree on Saturday in Tallapoosa county..
Authorities say she was not wearing a seat belt.
The crash happened on highway 22, one mile west of Daviston.
