The reward for information about the robbery and assault of Montgomery business owner Jim Massey III on March 10 has been upped to $10,000. Central Alabama Crimestoppers is offering $5,000, and Mr. Massey is matching another $5,000 for information that leads to the identity of the suspects.

In a statement released to Central Alabama Crimestoppers, Mr. Massey says:

“I am committed to doing everything in my power to ensure justice is served and to make our community safer for all. To support this effort, Massey Cleaners is offering a $5,000 reward to match the $5,000 reward from CrimeStoppers, totaling $10,000. This reward will be given for information leading to the arrest of the individuals responsible for this act. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and fellow Montgomery businesses remain our top priority.”
