A Chance To Dry Out And Warm Up

The rain moves out and we’re setting up for several days of nice and warm days this week.  Temps will be reaching 80 degrees for highs and lows in the 50s.  We’re expecting changes over the weekend as another frontal system approaches and our rain chances go up. There could even be a severe storm threat accompanying the weekend system as well.

In the meantime, we expect gradual clearing tonight but there will be fog developing overnight.  The fog could be an issue for the Tuesday morning drive.  We suggest you allow for a little extra time on the morning commute.   The fog will lift and we’re looking at lots of sunshine and warmer afternoon temps. We should manage upper 70s to lower 80s for highs.

The rest of the workweek will reveal more sunny and warm conditions. Daytime highs will hover in the upper 70s to lower 80s while overnight lows will be around 50 degrees. This should be a good week to start preparing the yard for the spring mowing season.

We do see changes ahead for the upcoming weekend.  Another frontal system will be approaching and it will bring our next round of rain and storms into the state.  Some of the storms could be strong to possibly severe Sunday into Monday.  This is something we will be monitoring through the week.
