Man dead in Midtown Montgomery shooting
Montgomery police are investigating a deadly shooting in Midtown Montgomery.
Officers and fire medics were called around 5:05 p.m. Thursday to Gatsby Drive at F Scott Court after receiving a call that a person had been shot. That area is just off Zelda Road.
Once officers arrived, they found an adult male, later identified as 20-year-old Jakevyon Fannin, of Montgomery, dead from a gunshot wound.
No word any suspects at this time.
