Art Splash underway to raise money for Montgomery Christian School
Montgomery Christian School’s annual Art Splash is underway, raising money for student scholarships.
Tom and Amy Methvin have hosted the fundraiser at their home on South Hull Street for the past five years.
The event features one-of-a-kind artwork that is up for auction.
The Beasley Allen Law Firm, which is the lead sponsor, has raised more than $1 million for the school in the past five years.
“Beasley Allen is so pleased to have been the sponsor for Montgomery Christian School for all these years,” Tom Methvin said. “We’re very thankful to be involved. We were in it at the ground floor because we saw a need in this community and now by the time all these kids get through here, an impact everybody we’re talking about, 75,000 people that are going to be positively impacted just because about 3,000 students very excited about that.”
