Montgomery Man Hospitalized after Shooting Injury

A Montgomery man is in the hospital after being shot in the hand earlier tonight.
The shooting happened at around eight thirty at the intersection of cloud and rigby streets off of Lower Wetumpka Road.
Montgomery police tell us that the victim was transported to a local hospital where he is being treated for minor wounds.
The police department is still investigating the circumstances of the shooting, but they say it appears to be an accident.
