Man Fatally Shot Sunday in Montgomery
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) — A man was shot and killed Sunday evening in Montgomery, marking another deadly weekend in the Capital City.
Montgomery police and fire medics responded at 5:21 p.m. to the 1100 block of Bragg Street, near Washington Park, where they found an adult male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound, authorities said.
The victim, identified as 36-year-old Arsenio Hawthorne, of Montgomery, was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
